Role Description:
- Monitor, test, supervise, analyze, and control microbiological parameters & maintain records.
- Test Mycotoxins (Aflatoxin Total & Aflatoxin M1) in raw materials & maintain records.
- Monitor Air and EMP.
- Supervise/conduct swab tests as per environmental monitoring program.
- Perform sensory analysis of finished products.
- Ensure calibration of all Microbiology equipment in the laboratory.
- Maintain stock required for microbiological parameters.
- Maintain traceability of finished goods.
- Oversee preparation of Certificate of Analysis for all finished goods.
- Conduct trend analysis of all Micro parameters for materials, finished goods & Environmental Monitoring program.
- Prepare internal CoA (Certificate of Analysis) as per requirements.
- Control testing records of control samples as per requirements.
- Sample Raw Materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per sampling plan.
- Monitor equipment hygiene and personnel hygiene as per procedure.
