Job Description:
- Manage and inspire production staff to achieve outstand ing results.
- Participate in team meetings to assess production status and address ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety protocols for staff.
- Propose process enhancements to improve production quality and efficiency.
- Work with Managers to assess job orders and establish production tasks and schedules.
- Plan and delegate daily job responsibilities to employees.
- Suggest workflow, operational, and equipment changes to optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions to help workers meet production targets.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and devise solutions.
- Ensure final products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
