Role Description:

Monitor, test, supervise, analyze, and control microbiological parameters & maintain records.

Test Mycotoxins (Aflatoxin Total & Aflatoxin M1) in raw materials & maintain records.
Monitor Air and EMP.
Supervise/conduct swab tests as per environmental monitoring program.
Perform sensory analysis of finished products.
Ensure calibration of all Microbiology equipment in the laboratory.
Maintain stock required for microbiological parameters.
Maintain traceability of finished goods.
Oversee preparation of Certificate of Analysis for all finished goods.

Conduct trend analysis of all Micro parameters for materials, finished goods & Environmental Monitoring program.
Prepare internal CoA (Certificate of Analysis) as per requirements.
Control testing records of control samples as per requirements.
Sample Raw Materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per sampling plan.
