About the Role:
As a Production Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing labor and production line performance, aiding the Unità Gestionale Prodotto (UGP) Manager with managerial reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with SQCDME principles for Production.
  • Maintain the Production Master Plan in collaboration with the Plant Manager.
  • Lead health and safety (H&S) initiatives within your department.
  • Provide essential data for budget planning, including maintenance, investments, and general expenses.
  • Collaborate with the RdL to optimize production processes through analysis.
  • Manage UGP inventory and update relevant data in the system.
  • Coordinate with SCI Plant division regarding packaging, semi-finished, and raw materials.
  • Consult on scheduled maintenance activities for timely interventions.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and propose enhancement areas within your scope.
  • Analyze actual production and line performance in collaboration with the RdL, supported by the RTO for data gathering and analysis.
  • Participate in production meetings, presenting performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Production Scheduling team to draft weekly production schedules and perform gap analysis.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/BE in Food Science with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food process industries.
  • Proficiency in manpower management and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000, auditing, 5S, process improvement, and H&S practices.
