Position Title: Production Officer
Educational Qualification: Graduate Engineer/Food Technologist/MSc Food Science/MSc Chemistry
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
CTC: 4 to 7 LPA
Desired Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Cake, Rusk & Bakery Manufacturing processes
- Basic computer skills
- Manpower management proficiency
Preferred Industry:
FMCG – Cake/Rusk/Bakery/Food Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient manpower deployment for maximum productivity and output
- Verify standard procedures for quality control and appearance of products
- Set process parameters, arrange materials, and preparatory items
- Collect and record data for Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Monitor and control process through control charts
- Optimize production output by managing changeover time and downtime
- Track raw material variances continuously
- Maintain CCPS equipment and associated documentation
- Ensure recipe adherence and proper setting of variables
- Implement FIFO and lot number practices
- Manage biscuit grinder room and record dust availability
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Minimize mechanical breakdown wastages
- Ensure hygienic conditions in all areas
- Coordinate various audits (AIB, ISO, Legal, FSSAI)
