Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic Food Tech professional to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in formulation, technology transfer, and innovation to bring creative ideas to life and launch new products across various categories.
Responsibilities:
- Apply domain knowledge to transform concepts into final products, adhering to intended designs.
- Demonstrate creative development skills leading to the introduction of innovative products.
- Utilize relevant experience in NPD, HACCP, quality, and regulatory aspects to execute ideas effectively.
- Develop and enhance technology competencies to maintain a robust product pipeline.
- Optimize and scale up manufacturing operations for new products, contributing to organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate records of recipes.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of product development activities, including formulation development, pilot and plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer, and R&D documentation.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary projects involving Quality, Marketing, external labs, vendors, and suppliers.
