Key Responsibilities:
- Documenting discussions and testing protocols
- FSSAI and HACCP documentation for the building
- Developing SOPs and production protocols
- Creating factory manuals and formats
- Designing criteria for lab setup
- Maintaining a vendor library for lab equipment and consumables
- Generating RM vendor listings and FSSAI checklist
- Developing BRC checklists and process flow diagrams
