Job Opening: Operations Executive

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Graduate in Food Tech/Food Science/Hotel Management

Experience: 1-2 Years (Preferred Male Candidate)

Salary: 16,000 – 18,000 INR In hand

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  3. Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  4. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
  5. Track staffing requirements.
  6. Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  7. Oversee materials, accounts, and inventory management.
  8. Strong budget development and oversight skills.
  9. Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
  10. Traveling required.
  11. Proficiency in MS Excel.
