Job Opening: Operations Executive
Location: Delhi
Qualification: Graduate in Food Tech/Food Science/Hotel Management
Experience: 1-2 Years (Preferred Male Candidate)
Salary: 16,000 – 18,000 INR In hand
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
- Track staffing requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
- Oversee materials, accounts, and inventory management.
- Strong budget development and oversight skills.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Traveling required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
