Location: Panchkula
- Manager/Sr. Manager – QA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Lead and mentor QA team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyst/Executive (QC) – Pharma/Cosmetics
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing and analysis of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Executive/Manager – CRM
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationship management systems and processes.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement.
- Executive/Sr. Executive – Purchase/Store
Responsibilities:
- Procure materials and supplies required for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts for best terms.
- Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Executive/Sr. Executive – HR & Admin
Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll functions.
- Manage administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
- Microbiologist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Identify and troubleshoot microbiological issues in manufacturing processes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality.
- Analyst/Executive (QC) – Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control analysis of pharmaceutical products.
- Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
Location: Baddi (HP)
Salary: Negotiable
