Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology
Minimum 18 to 25 years of work experience in the dairy or ice cream industry

Skills:

Proficient in production and manufacturing processes with overall responsibility for planning
Experience in overseeing all production/manufacturing activities
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
Manage and optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
Supervise and lead production teams to achieve performance targets and quality standards
Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability
Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations
Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in the production facility
Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
