Position: Quality Control
Location: Raipur, Chattisgarh
Preferred Background:
Candidates with a background in the FOOD Division are preferred for this role.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality control within the food industry.
Minimum Qualification:
Candidates must hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Food Technology or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with production and research teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution to quality-related issues, minimizing production downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control to continually enhance the company’s quality management system.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the supply chain.
