Cluster Manager, Operations

Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple outlets within the designated cluster.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and mentor store managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze sales reports and strategize to improve performance.

Maintenance Assistant Manager

Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee maintenance activities across multiple locations.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs.
- Monitor maintenance costs and prepare budget reports.

Technicians

Locations: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
