Overview:

FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), a statutory body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, is offering internship opportunities under the Internship Scheme 2021. This program aims to provide students with valuable learning experiences in various areas of food regulation and safety administration.

Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Internship 2024 With Stipend:

Full-time graduate/post-graduate students from recognized institutes within India or abroad are eligible.
Fields of study include but are not limited to Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Public Health, Business Administration, Computer Science, Journalism, Law, Public Policy, and Public Administration.

Internship Details:

Duration: Up to 3 months, extendable to 6 months.
Internship locations: FSSAI Headquarters (New Delhi), FSSAI SRO (Chennai), National Food Laboratories (Ghaziabad, Kolkata, and Chennai), and National Food Laboratory, Kolkata Extension Centre (Raxaul).

Working Space:

Interns must bring their laptops. FSSAI will provide workspace, internet access, and other necessities but will not cover lodging and travel expenses.

Shortlisted candidates may required to submit a short write-up/presentation.
Final selection will announced on the FSSAI website.

Tentative start date of internship: 08 April 2024

Assignments:

Interns may assigned projects related to various aspects of Food and Nutrition Management Processes based on their academic and technical training.
