Job Description :-
About the Role:
Business development: Conceptualize, plan, develop
and execute a pan India acquisition
strategy for B2B clients in the Nutrition industry.
Adjacencies in Food industry will also be leveraged.
Build, manage and develop a strong regional sales team
to execute on the strategy.
Explore market trends and customer preferences to
share feedback to the Management, R&D
and Production teams for Product customization.
Sales and collections: Meet monthly & annual sales & collections as per the given targets.
Establish a strong Client Servicing & Management
strategy to provide exceptional Customer
service.
BD planning, technical presentation, Order planning & co-ordination.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Lead Business Development & marketing of Sigachi F
& Nutrition Ingredient Business. [Vitamins, Minerals,
Nutrients, Pre-mixes, Blends, etc.].
Identify new leads/
prospects and convert them to business.
Ownership of P&L targets for both top line & bottom line growth.
Planning and executing weekly & monthly sales,
collections.
Establish and execute a robust plan to manage all Food &
Nutrition customers.
Follow up, manage & reduce account receivables;
improved payment schedule from customers.
Submission of quotations, Proforma Invoices & sales
orders.
Follow up with customer for orders/purchase orders/
Payments.
Planning for monthly / quarterly orders & dispatches by
-ordination with Factory, Logistics & reporting Manager for timely deliver
Evaluating the marketing strategy & keep updated on
market intelligence.
Inculcate a culture of professional discipline & healthy relationship with customers & staff at Sigachi.
Monitor, optimize solutions to ensure average price and
sales as per agreed target.
Job Specification:
Qualification – MSc. / B.Tech – Food Technology with MBA
in Sales & Marketing or related
Experience – Overall 18 to 25 years’ of experience, with at
least 10 – 12 years’ experience in the Nutrition and/or Food industry.
Note: Candidates only from “Food & Nutrition B2B Sales”
are preferred.
