Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Food Safety Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. As the Food Safety Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of all food products crafted by Honey and Spice India. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting regular audits, maintaining meticulous records, and formulating and implementing robust food safety policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Quality, Food Safety, and Food Manufacturing
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Food Science
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective food safety policies and procedures
- Familiarity with government regulations and legal mandates concerning food safety
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with team members and government authorities
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related discipline
- Additional certification in Food Safety, such as HACCP or SQF, is a valuable asset
