Dil Foods is hiring a Quality & Operations Associate for Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai.
This is not a typical desk-based QA role or an audit position focused only on reporting gaps. You’ll be working directly with restaurant partners, spending time on the ground, understanding operational challenges, and helping teams implement practical solutions that improve food safety and compliance.
Who can apply? • 0–2 years of experience • Graduates in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related fields • Candidates with exposure to QSRs, cloud kitchens, restaurant operations, or multi-unit restaurant management • Fresh graduates eager to learn and work in a fast-paced field environment
Key Responsibilities: Conduct audits across partner restaurant locations Identify food safety, hygiene, and process gaps Drive corrective actions with restaurant teams Strengthen compliance systems on the ground Ensure operational consistency across locations
