Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Milk Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle milk chilling & processing operations
- Manage dairy production of Milk, Curd, Lassi, Paneer & Ghee
- Ensure CIP & SOP compliance across all production lines
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Handle internal & external audits, including FSSAI, ISO & Customer Audits
