Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Executive to ensure that our products and processes meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills, knowledge of QMS / ISO 9001 / Six Sigma, and the ability to drive continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA methodologies and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects, deviations, and quality issues.
- Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and QMS requirements.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and other relevant documentation.
- Prepare quality performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across quality and production processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in FMCG / Food Industry will be an advantage.
