Job Description:
We are seeking talented and passionate bakers to join our
founding team at Wuffle, a Delhi-based pet wellness
startup.
As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our
existing line of biscuits while contributing to the
development of innovative new products.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of biscuits according to
recipes and quality standards.
Adhere to production schedules and ensure timely
delivery of products.
Monitor baking process, including oven temperatures,
mixing times, and ingredient proportions, to maintain
consistent quality.
Collabor ate with the team to develop and test new biscuit
recipes and flavors.
Assist in the implementation of food safety and hygiene
protocols.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of productionefficiency processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation and safety guidelines.
Work closely with the founding team to bring creative ideas and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a baker, preferably in a bakery
or food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
Adherence to strict quality and production standards.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for innovation and willingness to contribute to
product development.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
