Position: Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance
Location: Rai (Sonipat) Plant

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead timely Quality certification (such as HACCP, BRC, CAPA) and associated documentation.
- Skillfully manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with food certification bodies, maintaining strong liaisons to uphold quality standards.
- Standardize quality processes across the organization, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Implement Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the floor level for seamless operations.
- Provide comprehensive training to plant food handlers, enhancing their skills and awareness.
- Utilize consumer trial team feedback to refine product offerings, aligning with consumer preferences.
- Develop both internal and external audit systems to enhance process and hygiene across the plant.
- Maintain meticulous records of Product Batch No/Code, RM/PM Sample Analysis, and Finished Material.
- Conduct thorough physical and chemical analyses of RMPM, SFG & FG in adherence to Bikanervala specifications.
- Take proactive measures to address customer complaints, minimize foreign body incidents, and reduce product rejection rates in online manufacturing processes.
Requirements :
- Experience: 5-10 years in the food industry with a focus on Quality Assurance.
- Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
