Key Job Responsibilities :-

Responsible for new product development following stage gate process & anchor launch with strong GTM strategy and marketing mix.

ldentify & prepare business opportunities cases basis
Consumer behavior and emerging micro and macro trends.

Creation of marketing strategies for nevw product launches making use of the full marketing mix in collaboration with creative team.

Responsible to deliver marketing ROI for campaigns and new launches.

Work cross-function ally with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales
Team, and LT team. guide and support the development of marketing plans to deliver NPD AOP.

Basic Qualifications :-
7+ years’ experience in FMCG

Experience driving the collection of market intelligence;
setting market research goals in collaboration.

Identifying and tracking trends in core market segments to develop and launch new products.
