Role Overview:
As a full-time on-site Dairy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, including production, inventory management, distribution, and customer service. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring compliance with food and beverage standards and regulations, emphasizing customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable expertise in dairy product management
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong skills in inventory control
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous management experience is advantageous
