Position: Production Executive

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Production Executive at Bikanervala Foods? Join our dynamic team in Greater Noida and contribute to our commitment to quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Daily Planned Production & Packing of Products aligns with Market Demand.

Plan Raw Material/Packing Material Inventory and Headcount based on PPC Team’s guidance.
Optimize the utilization of Manpower, Machinery, and Materials to control key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Labor, Power & Fuel efficiency, Raw Material & Packing Material losses, Productivity, and Overhead Costs.
Maintain meticulous documentation and Management Information System (MIS) records related to production & packing, including Daily Production (Planned vs. Produced), Raw Material & Packing Material Consumption, and Man-hours used for production.
Update data in SAP, yield reports, Log Sheets, and track material utilization for effective reconciliation.

Manage materials efficiently to minimize waste, maintain minimum inventory levels based on lead time, and ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials and products.
Execute and implement various new projects aimed at commissioning new SKUs, product lines, energy-saving initiatives, quality improvements, and cost-saving measures.
Oversee day-to-day production activities, drive continuous process improvements, and set operational goals to enhance processing efficiency across all sections.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for activities like 5S, Hygiene (Cleaning & Sanitation), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Pest Control, and Process Manufacturing.
