Position : St. HR Officer/ Assistant HR Manager

Qualification : Min. Bachelor Degree (Preterence will be Given for MBA with specialization in HRM)

Experience : minimum 3 years in HR / People Management

Location : taldurbar, Kathmandu

Major Job Roles:
Maintoin of Personal File of all staff, HR database rmanagement and handie HRis (Nimble HRM)

Preparing employee contracts, sarvice contracts, employce roquestod lottors (PF. CIT, SSF. Salary Cartitficate, Recommendation, Exparienco, Cloarance ete:)

Handle various Recruitment, Hiring and proper induction.

Design engogement calendar and conduct ermployee engogement oetivity

Asuist on Training& Development Program (Need Anatysis, Program planning
Conducting Training Taking Feedback of Training, Mecsuring ouitputs etc:)

Assist/Hondling Conducting performonce approisal (twice a year) process.

Ensure OH&S policy is implemented and conducted properly.

Asint on preparing various report related with HR department
