Shall have experience Hands on experience in manufacturing of Mozzarella Cheese, Processed Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, and other Cheese variants.

Shall have in-depth knowledge of HACCP, BRC & ISO 22000 Standards.

Critical thinking ability to comply product with client requirement.

Manpower management / Shift Management. Etc

  • Job Title:Microbiologist

Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology) or equivalent

Experience : 4-6 Years.

Salary : No bars for right and skilful candidate.

Required Skills:

Shall have hands on experience of working in a dairy industry.

Knowledge of GLP, Hazard Management, Bacterial Screening, Identification of microbial flora etc.

Shall have knowledge of Media Utilization.

Shall be able to handle equipment like Stomatic Cell Counter, Charmoresa Kit and other laboratory equipment.
