Position :- Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – Maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:-
B Tech /M. Tech (Refrigeration, Mechanical ar Electrical Engz) with overall7 plus year experience in maintenance with a
years of supervisory experience is mandatory.
Uslity knowledge like boiler, ETP, RO and compressor is must
Operational maintenance knowledge on bucket elevators, conveyons, grinders, dryer and cooler ar material transferring
equipment’s
Experience supportine audit compliance and root/cause analysis processes.
Industry Exposure from induatrial food, pharmaceutical, Bakery & Confectionery Products, Ingredient or Aavor industry.
Bus faclityis avalable for Pick and Drop from Mehsana and Ahmedabad.

Roles and Responsibilities :-
Direct and engge the employees respans ible for the operation, monitoring and repain and maintenance of equipnet,
machines, and buildings at the site.
Collaborate with senior tesam memben to identify opportunities to improve relability and resolve acceptable risk tolerance
for equipment
Participate in project planning, cost e timation, tracking and payback juntification to ensure budget is met
Plan and prioitie wark orders, schedulirg overall repair and maintenance to minimise production downtime and disruption.
Champion personal safety and serves as a safety mentor to team
Ensures that eritical taska, best management practices, work instructions and procedures, audits, preventative maintenance,
contractor cheddiats are kept
ept up to date and training/documentation is p
perfomed
Respansible for personnel deisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions far your direct reparts. You will
also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
