Job Description:
As a Senior Executive in Quality Operations at Mosaic Wellness, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards in the personal care, cosmetic, and nutra industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting daily sampling and quality control testing of products and batches.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Developing action plans for non-moving inventory of QC failed products to optimize space utilization.
- Coordinating with third-party labs and accreditation authorities for testing, documentation, and claims substantiation.
- Managing relationships with vendors for QC testing and QA documentation.
- Monitoring and addressing consumer complaints related to product quality on various channels.
- Maintaining a comprehensive tracker for QC activities and collaborating with the NPD team for newly connected products.
Required Skills:
- Excellent understanding of Quality Operations in the personal care, cosmetic, and nutra industry.
- Ability to perform physical and, in some cases, chemical analysis of new products.
- Ownership-driven working style to lead quality control and operations independently.
Qualification & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Graduate/PG in any science field (Bsc/Msc/B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/B.Tech/Mtech in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Cosmetics/Chem Eng/Nutraceuticals) or Post Graduate Diploma in Perfumery and Cosmetics Management (PGDPCM).
