Job Description:

Seeking a Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or DIFAT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG (distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food industries).
Hands-on experience in analysis techniques, lab instrument calibration, and maintenance.
Proficient in QMS and FSMS, with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities include controlling quality defects in incoming and finished goods, ensuring high-quality standards in products and processes.
Building and promoting a food safety and quality culture in the unit.
End-to-end quality monitoring in incoming and online checks.
Quality control and other control activities in factories and materials.
Record maintenance and SAP records updating.
Conducting internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP.
Dealing with government authorities like FSSAI, LMR, and Excise for audit and compliance.
Ensuring external laboratory samples and equipment calibration as required.

Street-smart individual with good oral and written communication skills.
Vendor communication for rejection and timely handling, coordinating with the site QA team.
