Job Description:
Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members
Directing investigations to verify any issues related to transportation
Implementation of Transport Management System
Scheduling daily and weekly routes
Transporter billing & Payment follow ups
Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
Research and suggest cost-effective transportation routes & methods
Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and
completed orders
Ensure compliance with company policies and
transportation legislation
Requirements:
Degree in B.tech or B.E. or MBA in Supply Chain
Management from good college/university
Previous proven track record of working in supply chain fields
