Position: Executive (Production – Breads)
Position Overview:
Bector Foods is excited to offer an exceptional career opportunity for a Senior Executive in Bread Production. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in the bread industry to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Monitor plant performance, manage the workforce, and meet production targets.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality standards, address issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Plan and control the procurement of raw materials and packaging in line with the production schedule.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing, inspection, quality assurance, safety, and hygiene.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Location: Greater Noida
Salary: Competitive and Negotiable
