Graduate with 3 to 5 years of work experience.
The candidate must be dynamic, energetic and should have good
communication skills with work experience in retail sales.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in biscuits, juices,
chocolates, cookies and confectionery or in any other packaged food category.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Selected candidates will be in the company’s payroll.
Job Description
Managing and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned
territory.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members
to meet or exceed sales targets.
