Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline preferably MBA.
·Minimum 5 years experience within the FMCG industry (Preferably Bakery, Confectionary, Sweets).
· Impressive multi-tasking skills and passion for managing a wide variety of products.
· Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Creativity, analytical and strategic think ing.
· Influencing and negotiation skills. IT, social media and numeracy skills.
· High sense of urgency and drive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
As a Manager Sales, you’ll need to:
· Communicate with target audiences and build & develop customer relationships.
Appointing new dealers / retailers.
· Manage sales of company products.
· Motivating and convincing retailers.
· Resolve the problems of dealers.
· Generating new demand and manage sales.
·Build up good working relationships.
Present the product or service favorably and in a
structured professional way face-to-face.
· Business promotion with modern trade.
Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned.
Handling Key Accounts and Large Format Stores.
