Age: 30 to 35 Years

Minimum Experience: 03 years to 05 years exposure into FMCG Academic

Qualification: Graduate with an MBA/PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Business Management

Major Job Responsibilities:
To align with the team & distributors for Distributor
Management System [DMS]
Inventory management at Distributor points as well as
Spoke points.

WUN [Warehouse Upkeep Norms] & RUN [Route Upkeep Norms] implementation.

To train & educate Salesmen/PSRs/RDs for enhancing
their productivity.

Generate reports from DMS and share it with team on
daily basis.

On ground execution of RTM Strategies/ Sales Reports/
Dashboards/RTM Distributions/HE OYA updations, etc.

On ground system and processes implementation via team.

Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance.

Build RTM capabilities and process implementation
Conduct financial analysis Return on Investment of
RTM process to be share with key stakeholders, control system in place to get region compliance on distributor management.
