Experience : 10 to 15 Years (Ecommerce, Grocery &
Retail Industry).
Managing warehouse for B2B & B2C e-commerce
platform Sqft of upto 1 lacs.

Details :
Drive warehouse performance as per agreed
throughput and SLA

Manage all Transactions of warehouse for Institutional Bus iness &Enterprise Sales.

Manage End-to-End distribution and drive
workforce productivity

Monitor DC Operations and vendor payment for
Sharp GT business

Prepare operation KPI dashboard reports on

Monitor SLA & Deliveries of Enterprise sales to
monthly basis ensure timely delivery

Optimise warehousing and delivery/ transportation cost

Skills-Sound knowledge of Warehouse operations(apparel preferred), SAP/Full WMS,
Distribution & Network Management, Cost optimization, Vendor Management, Process Management.
