Position : Food Quality Manager

Looking for a Food Quality Manager that will fit right for:

Strong communication skills (Oral & written), analytical thinking, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving and Business presentable skills, Leadership Skills, Culture
Awareness, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize & drive completion of work demands, within assigned deadlines.

Job Responsibilities :-
Ensuring compliance to Fssai Guidelines, ISso 22000 standards of food safety, and other plant compliance.

Maintaining quality activities as per GMP, GHP, QA plans, and SOPs.

Preparing the annual budget for the QA department.

Addressing quality complaints from external and internal customers.

Quality Documentation and Reporting

Collaborating with the plant head and procurement lead for quality improvement

Education Qualification:
Dairy Technology /Dairy Science/Food Processing
Chemistry or Microbiology, M.Tech (DT)
Preference for Post-Graduation in Dairy Chemistry/ Microbiology
