Are you a devoted Quality Assurance expert eager to lead a team and maintain the highest standards in food manufacturing? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join the Jagatjit family at our Hamira Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Excellence: Ensure that all food products consistently meet specified quality standards by implementing the right processes, infrastructure, GMP, and corrective measures.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Enhance hygiene and cleanliness in process areas, storage facilities, and the factory premises through close collaboration with department heads and microbiologists.
Packing Perfection: Guarantee the acceptance of packing materials and oversee operations to achieve the desired product shelf life, emphasizing bulk packing under ideal hygienic conditions.
Safety Advocate: Cultivate a safety-conscious culture among staff and workers, instilling a commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
Complaint Reduction: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to reduce complaints, striving for zero-level complaints.
Quality Oversight: Examine daily activities in the quality department, identify manpower, equipment, and chemical requirements, and ensure adherence to industry-standard operating procedures.
Standards Compliance: Implement Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Health & Safety (HAS) protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Raw Material Mastery: Ensure that raw materials, including SMP, Milk, and packing components, conform to standards to guarantee exceptional end-product quality.
Consumer Trust: Investigate consumer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, strengthening our reputation for quality.
Lab Leadership: Inspire and lead lab staff to create a comprehensive task force dedicated to efficient task execution.
Product Release: Ensure the release of top-quality products and expertly handle deviations, internal complaints, and external complaints.
CAPA Maestro: Excel in monitoring the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) tracker for deviations, internal complaints, and external complaints, tracking effectiveness.
Supplier Relations Pro: Skillfully manage supplier complaints and requirements to ensure alignment with specifications.
