Qualification & Experience :
Production Experience in lce Cream is a must

Dairy/ Food Technologist with Minimum 2 to 3 years
experience in Production Department , of reputed lce
Cream Manufactures.

Must have good production experience in Ice Cream
Plant.

Monitoring & Meeting Demand of lce Creamn
Production.

Leading & Monitoring the production team members.
Carrying out routine

Production activities like
production planning& control, Trouble-Shooting of
problems, Manpower planning in the plant.

Supervising Maintenance Technicians& amp;Maintenance
plan.

Cost Reduction – Improve Yield, recovery & Product
Cost.

Sound knowledge of Safety & compliance.

Track ingredients& supplies & ordering within budget
&with appropriate turnaround time

Assign daily tasks to other employees; oversee
workflow & quality of work.

Make sure that tasks assigned are completed
efficiently, & that daily production schedule for a shift

Communicate with shop shift persons, regarding
flavor or quality feedback; shop inventory levels; & any
ingredients or products that need to go from the kitchen
to the shop

Quality Assurance

Ensure Product quality to be maintain as per standard norms.

Quality initiatives & improving employee morale & quality of work.

Enforce a quality & consistency standard for all
product, schedule periodic meetings with other kitchen
employees to review, evaluate & improve these standards

Develop & maintain costing that track both
ingredient & labor costs, focusing on one product at a time
