Responsibilities:
- Drive savoury product innovations, renovations, and value engineering projects.
- Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and draw scientific conclusions.
- Apply food science, technology, chemistry, engineer ing, and microbiology principles at lab, pilot, and factory scale.
Deliverables of The Role:
- Develop new products and enhance existing ones for superiority, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prototype formulations in the lab, scale up in the pilot plant, and deploy at the main plant.
- Conduct technical scoping and benchmarking exercises, staying updated on consumer trends and ingredients developments.
- Manage specifications, ensure compliance, and support improvement and value engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including METs, GDC, country R&D, and marketing.

Required Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in food science/technology or related field

Travel:
Work-based travel, approximately 10-20% of the time, especially to manufacturing and supplier locations.
