1.) New Product development i.e developing functional/ nutritional/ OTC/ food and beverages recipes based on instant premixes, tea, herbs, spices& flavours. Also development of dietary supplements
2.) Market research based suggestion of new products with business plan on costs, feasibility, product claims, literature etc
3.) Being single point of contact for the vendor (RM & PM) vendor development engagement/management, cost negotiations, audits of vendor, etc
4.) Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams and manage inventory
5.) To analyse all the MIS reports and takes corrective actions.
