POSITION :- MICROBIOLOGIST
DEPARTMENT :- QUALITY-DAIRY
REPORTING TO: QUALITY MANAGER-DAIRY
JOB SUMMARY/DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOLEDGE :-

β’ Set daily/Weekly/Monthiy objectives and communicat to employees.
β’ Organise work flow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules.
β’Oversee and coach employees.
β’Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance programs.
β’ Check production output according to specification.
β’ Submit progress reports on production.
β’ Train new employees on how to safely use machinary and follow procedures.
β’Enforce strict Health and Safety guidelines and company standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :-

β’ Must have a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Microbiology or any other related qualification from a recognised institution of learning.
β’Must have a minimum of two years experience.
