Experience:-
0-2 years.

Freshers can confidently apply (relevant internships Would be an added advantage)

For Experienced: FMCG/ Manufacturing industry is preferred.

Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad

Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: L.L.B.

Knowledge &Skills:

1. Knowledge of Corporate Law and Legal Systems
2. Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own
   correspondence
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in
   writing and to collaborate across departmental functions.

Role:
The overall expectation of the role revolves around
assisting the Legal Manager in following task:

1. Representing the company in Legal matters including
   proceedings with respect to FSS Act 2006.
2. Monitoring Legal Compliances.
3. Maintaining MIS of litigations and coordination with external counsels.

4. Submission of licensing applications and other
   documents.
5. Contract Management including execution of Standard Agreements.
6. Managing the Trademarks portfolio.
