Position : HR Executive (Contractor Management)

Job Role in Brief :
Manpower planning according to the production planning

Responsible for all contractor’s billing and analysis

Responsible for all contractor’s labour payroll
management

Provide support to Contractor labour in various
HR-related activities

Responsible for given module (Contractor & Visitor
Management, Hearing Conservation etc.)

Responsible for safety system implementation

Put efforts to make congenial environment for contractor & labour/worker

Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

statutory compliance related to labour

Experience: Min 3 Years to 6 Years

Industry: From any manufacturing plant/ Preferred from FMCG

Location: Faizabad (Ayodhya)

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s Degree/PGDM (HR) will be preferred
