Company have an opening for Dairy Application Specialist (R&D department) at our Head office.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Qualification: B.Tech/M.tech M.Sc in Food Science orrelated field

Experience: Looking for candidate having 2-3 years ofexperience, working in a food application lab will bean advantage

Certifications: FOSTAC level 2 storage/warehouse/manufacturing, HACCP certification

Gender: Female preferred

Job Description:

1. Conduct lab scale trials with companyingredients, develop prototypes, determine dosage,analyse effects of ingredient on the end product

2. Solve Problems encountered in processing

3Provide literature to marketing officers/clients

4.Interact with clients

5.Train marketing officers with lab scale trials

6. Run shelf-life studies if needed

Prepare trial reports and circulate it to the team

Participate in exhibitions

9 Candidate must be open to travel Pan India whenrequired

10. Well Versed with FSSAI regulation

11. Conduct Review meetings with logistics and7.8warehouse team

12. Overlook documentation work and GMP/GHPchecklists

13. Conduct internal audits

14. Prepare warehouse policies

15. Revise HACCP plans
