Assistant manager -RND
Industry : Food processing and Bakery
Location : Mysore and Bangalore
Must be relocate to move as per need of RND
Qualification : Graduate or post Graduate in food science
Experience :
Experience must be 5 to 6 year in Research and
development.
In food processing and Bakery.at least 3 years
Age : 34 cut off
Current ctc must be 5 lacks
Offer top of that 30/:
Depend upon experience of individual .
Skill require
RND and NPD in food & baking knowledge of regulatory of
India /FSSAI.
Team work abilities
Must be capable to smooth running of the Lab.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowlege of analysis and quality control of ingredients & product.
Responsible for development and revamping of products
with team member and work on individual contribution..
Must be experience in nutritional value calculated SOP
creation pertaining to work.
Must know raw material RND trial/ production /-RND
packaging material stock Shel life studies
Basic RND analysis
