Qualifications & Experience :-

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food
Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food science principles, chemistry,
processing techniques.
Experience in food development, preferably in the bakery & beverages industry.
Minimum 6 years of experience.
Knowledge & understanding of food safety, Legal
Metrology, FSSAI & Codex.
FOSTAC supervisor in bakery/lcatering.
Proficient in MS Office.
Certified Internal/ Lead Auditor (HACCP/ISO/FSSC/
BRC).
