Position : Food Quality Assurance Assistant

qualifications- Requirements:
Minimum 2 years UAE experience as QA Assistant in a seafood Manufacturing Company

Ideally degree educated, Food Science/Technology or Microbiology or Chemistry qualification preferred
Skills required ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, QMS, HACCP HALAL

Good working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Food Safety Code/Trakhees and HACCP

Proven experience at a similar level in food
manufacturing, ideally Seafoods,

Man-management experience; Process/Product
Development experience would be beneficial

Laboratory experience and should be well-versed with food safety standards of different countries

Computer literate
