Vacancy for FMCG | Plant Maintenance Manager
Position : Plant Maintenance Manager (Gwalior) required for a leading FMCG Company.
Compensation : Upto Rs 30 LPA (depending upon current salary and experience)
Qualification : The incumbent should be a full time B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputed institute
Experience : 10 to 12 years of experience in Utilities
Maintenance, Project Management, Budgeting, and
People management in a large / mid size FMCG Company.
• The incumbent will be responsible for-
To look after routine maintenance of the plant
equipment
To prepare Preventive/Corrective maintenance
schedules of the plant equipment & machinery and to carry out same.
To carry out Inventory Management of Engineering
Spares.
To implement the new, innovative &cost-effective
schemes for continuous improvement in the plant
performance.
Implement maintenance related best practices
To prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams etc. for
various new or modified equipment/processes.
To carry out de-bottlenecking, efficiency improvements, value engineering activities of the existing processes in order to improve them.
Note : Maximum Age limit – 35 yrs
Current salary should not be less then 18 LPA.
