Position: Plant Head

Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate Science/ Technology/Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years in Chips/wafers line.

Location : Modasa Plant.

Job Responsibility:
Complete Plant Management and coordination with team from RM to Dispatch.

Maintain Plant Maintenance, Machine efficiency, RM PM Stock, finished goods stock and all inventory.

To facilitate all Manpower recruitment.

Coordination with Management for Machine, Facility planning and scheduling.

To fulfill all Monthly, Weekly and Daily Reports.

Any facility which required in plant dealing with HO.

To meet product quality Parameter as define by HO.

To meet product quality standards as per FSSAI
requirements.

To meet ETP water parameter standard as PCB.

• Technical Skills :
  Chips, Snacks and Namkeen Production and Packaging experience.

Food rules and regulations.

FMCG Production and Packaging Knowledge.

All Machine and Equipment deep knowledge.

• Non-Technical Skills :
  Manpower management.

Planning skills.

Experience in Trainer development.

Computer and digital planning.
