Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Flavorist for a hybrid role at our Kannauj location. The Flavorist will be responsible for conducting Sensory Evaluations, Research and Development (R&D), Laboratory Skills, Food Science, and Food Technology. While based in Kannauj, India, remote work is possible for some days of the week.
Qualifications:
- Sensory Evaluation, R&D, and Laboratory Skills
- Experience in Food Science and Food Technology
- Ability to create, modify, and enhance flavors and fragrances
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
- Previous experience in flavor and fragrance development is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Skill Sets:
- Experience in setting up an entire new plant for flavors and fragrances
- Expertise in establishing R&D and Application Lab for FF business
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in flavors & fragrance development
- In-depth knowledge and database in high-end sourcing
