Company : Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Limited,
Role holder will be responsible for implementation,
monitoring and improvement of milk procurement related systems in his area. To plan, monitor and coordinate of all milk procurement related activities for his operational area.
Responsible for supervision and monitoring of milk
procurement&Institutional building related activities for about 100-120 villages through field team.
1) To assist procurement head in planning of new MPP through Identification of potential villages & competitors information.
2) To supervise & monitor facilitators for village meetings, Identification of MPP location and selection of Sahayak for MPP operation.
3) To supervise& monitor facilitators for identification of BMC location and its installation in the area.
4) To assist Procurement head to purchase milk
procurement assets for MPP/ BMC.
5) To assist procurement Head in preparation of SOP& Training module.
6) To implement SOP at BMC and MPP.
7) Monitoring of BMC operations and handling of
members query (in case of escalation).
8) Monitoring of TS variance from MPP to BMC & BMC to Plant.
9)Monitor of transportation operations of milk from MPP to BMC/Plant.
10)To achieve targeted milk procurement (quantity & quality).
11)To support Procurement head in formulation of rate chart by providing the market/ competitor information.
12)To ensure timely submission of data/ reports as per requirement.
13)To supervise & monitor facilitators for opening of bank account for direct payment in bank account.
14) Responsible for timely & fair payment to members.
15) Responsible for management and functioning of assets provided at MPP/BMC.
16)To provide support for arranging the various training for various stake holders.
17)To support procurement head for identification &
shortlisting of field manpower (Facilitator, BMC level staff)
18)To executive membership drive
19)To executive additional share capital drive
20)Responsible for VCG formation in all MPPs
21) Responsible for MRG formation on all milk routes
22)To monitor member awareness programmes
23)To monitor & organize MRG/VCG orientation
programmes
24)To manage, execute and record data of all campaigns and activities.

Experience Required : 2-8 Years
CTC Range: 3.00-4.50 LPA
